tinyuri.co.uk now offers an xml interface to it's engine.

Just call it by going to http://tinyuri.co.uk/xml/?url=URL.
(URL must be URL-Encoded)

Four fields are returned:

  1. longurl: The URL passed into the engine
  2. tinyurl: The tinyurl generated
  3. errorid: A numeric status code:
    0 - Everything OK, 1 - An error occured
  4. errortext: The textual status
